Medieval location.

Deep in the beautiful Towy valley of South West Wales lies a
world class garden for the new Millennium. The National Botanic
Garden of Wales works to conserve threatened plant species, research
plant diversity & create an experience leaving visitors with
a wealth of memories. An entire Mediterranean landscape, re-created
within the world’s largest single span glasshouse, or one of Europe’s
longest herbaceous borders, all set within an immaculately restored
Regency park.
The Garden of Wales will take time to reach its full maturity and
today’s visitors can witness the fulfillment of a dream in the Garden’s
creation. Vivid and varied collections of plants from all over the
world can be seen in the Great Glasshouse, the Broadwalk, the Wallace
Garden & alongside the lakes.
In years to come visitors will be able to watch as attractions
such as the Double Walled Garden & the Moorlands of the World
begin to unfold.
